QLD's No. 6 family-friendly Holiday Park in 2011!

Fraser Lodge Holiday Park is celebrating the announcement that they have ranked Number 6 in family-friendly holiday parks in QLD. The Park was recognised in the annual 'Holidays with Kids' travel magazine awards, voted by the national magazine's readership of over 600,000 parents, 61,000 online members and customers of Club Med and TakeABreak.com.au.

Categories included activities for kids, staff hospitality, accommodation, location, safety and family fun.

Fraser Lodge inducted into the Hall of Fame 2010

We are pleased to annouce that we have been inducted into the Fraser Coast South Burnett Tourism Awards for Excellence - HALL OF FAME 2010 for Best Tourist and Caravans Parks, after having won the 'Best Caravan & Tourist Park' for the 3rd year in a row in 2009.

Fraser Lodge Holiday Park was again recognised for their excellence in service during the 2009 Fraser Coast & South Burnett Tourism Awards held on Saturday 24th October. Winning for the third year in a row, ‘Best Caravan & Tourist Park”, Fraser Lodge will now be automatically inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’ in 2010.

This outstanding recognition for the park marks the culmination of a highly successful year after picking up on the same night the “Access Tourism” award for the second year in a row. This has once again recognised the high standard of services and facilities that Fraser Lodge continues to deliver.

In accepting this year’s awards, Fraser Lodge spokesperson, Alison Suidgeest congratulated the efforts of the property staff saying, “This award is a testament to the dedication, professionalism and skill of the amazing Fraser Lodge Team. Fraser Lodge is without a doubt, a total holiday experience”.

Fraser Lodge Manager, Sharon Gebert was thrilled to receive both awards and proud that they had once again been recognised as the region’s best holiday park.

“Fraser Lodge has always enjoyed an excellent reputation within the tourism and hospitality industry. Every year we recognise the need to be flexible and diverse in product. In such a competitive industry it is imperative to constantly source ways and methods to improve in product delivery and customer service. I truly believe winning these awards is recognition of our constant pursuit of excellence," stated Mrs Gebert.

The annual awards are designed to recognise the outstanding contribution made by those businesses and individuals whose tourism services set a high standard throughout the Fraser Coast/ South Burnett region.
