I am not sure if you may be able to help us out or not, but my husband and I recently stayed in one of your brand new self contained units at Hervey Bay. We were very impressed by them!
 
We actually have taken over running a hotel in QLD and we were wondering if you could possibly tell us the maker/builder of the new units as we are wanting to build one onto our establishment, and also the supplier of your soap/shampoo/organic stuff that you have in the rooms.
 
Please pass on my congratulations to your cleaners and front reception staff - they all do an amazing job and were so very friendly, we will certanly be staying there again in the future.

We have just got back from a week away for our 25th wedding Anniversary at Fraser Lodge Holiday Park, we had a great time. The staff were so friendly. We also booked a whale cruise and a 1 day Fraser Safari from the caravan park, and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. The whale cruise was bloody good, whales came with in feet from the boat. The Fraser Island Safari was great, picked up at 7.30am by the green bus. It was a great day out. Drop back at 6pm - thanks so much we will be back

My husband & I had the pleasure of staying in your resort/park last month, for a week. We totally enjoyed our short break. This was largely due to the wonderful environment that you provide at Fraser Lodge. We were impressed by the facilities that you offer & also the standard of accommodation, the friendliness of the staff & overall service. We shall definitely visit again.

Mine is not a story as such, but I wish to convey to you our appreciation of your fantastic camp.

We stayed in a cabin on 14th February for two nights and were delighted on arrival to find the cabin immaculate, the furnishings excellent and I was particularly impressed with the tea, coffee etc provided in the cabins. We have found very often lately, even in expensive hotels, that coffee and tea is often not provided anymore and if it was, there has only been a couple of each. To find the plentiful amount you provide, even in cabins, was indeed a delightful surprise. Even tissues ....... what great hospitality. Those little things, and I know they add to your expenses, but they truly are the finishing touches to what is supurb hospitality.

The staff are friendly, smiling and the atmosphere of the camp is happy. We have no hesitation in recommending your Camp to everyone and will certainly be returning there often.

Well Done Fraser Lodge ......... Be very proud.
